What is TPN and do we need it?
The Trusted Partner Network is the MPA’s content security assessment program. If you handle studio or streamer content — post, VFX, dubbing, mastering, marketing — clients increasingly require a current TPN status to award work.
Blue Shield or Gold Shield?
Blue Shield is a self-attested questionnaire; Gold Shield adds third-party assessment. Which you need depends on your clients — many vendors start Blue and move Gold as studio requirements tighten.
How long does TPN readiness take?
Facilities with reasonable infrastructure typically reach assessment readiness in 2–4 months. The network segmentation is usually the longest pole.
Will security slow down our pipeline?
